The restaurant, located on the first floor, and celebrate all the components of gastronomy: Cuisine, wines and service….. 

Under the leadership of Chef Fabian NGuyen, the cuisine will exhale the flavors of the finest fresh and local products, from the market, from the land and from the sea, favoring and preserving the quality and natural flavors. Natural and organic as well as  traditional or forgotten produce will occupy a special place and will be offered according to different preparation methods such as steamed, stir-fried or tempura to keep their flavors and nutritional qualities.In summer, the meats will be offered grilled. A suggestion of fish from the local catch of the day will also be offered.

“La Carte” will be renewed over the seasons, with a few “basics by Mademoiselle”), plus a  daily specials menus, remaining inspired by the Mediterranean repertoire and focusing on the product. The impeccable service and the selection of exceptional wines will enhance  this cuisine and exalt its flavors, while a Pastry Chef, Vera Martinez, will sublimate the desserts. From a simple Niçoise salad to grilled fish, traditional desserts, and a few suggestions of the day, prepared according to the seasons, the restaurant menu will always celebrate quality.

A friendly and refined atmosphere, guests will savor high quality cuisine, combining tradition and modernity, in a rigorous selection of fresh products and great wines. The menu will offer a tasting wine tour that will bring a selection of great vintages but also from small wine-estates for you to discover, to consume on site or takeaway. Finally, the cigar and liqueur cellar for enthusiasts.
