The vegetable garden

Throughout the seasons, Mademoiselle’s cuisine is prepared every day from the best fresh products, selected from producers, specialized breeders and local fishermen. To complete and perfect the range of these products, Mademoiselle has cultivated, for more than a year, a vast vegetable garden of 4,000 m² located on the heights of Beaulieu:  « Le Potager de Mademoiselle ». On this land blessed by the gods, called “La Petite Afrique”for its exceptional exposure conditions, vegetables, fruits, edible flowers, simple and aromatic plants flourish under the direction of a Chef Maraicher. There are also four natural beehives to promote pollination. Every morning and throughout the year, ripe fruit and vegetables are  produced using sustainable farming techniques. These, along with delicately or strong-flavored herbs, are picked and delivered immediately and exclusively to the kitchens, bar and Mademoiselle’s boutique, just a few minutes away.
